UTMB Health Trauma Services invites older adults to join us at First Baptist Church in Friendswood, Texas for an hour of Balance and Bingo.  We will spend about 25 minutes doing evidence-based balance exercises and the remainder of the time will be spent playing Bingo.  Small prizes will be awarded.
