DESCRIPTION:Join Offices of Interprofessional Education & Practice (OIPEP) 
 and Life Support Education and Training (OLSET) on July 15th\, CHOOSE from
  either 8am-10am or 10am to noon during registration\, for an interprofess
 ional Mock Code training experience at HEC! \n\nYou can may actively parti
 cipate or observe\, either way\, you'll gain valuable insight into what it
  is like to respond to a code situation in a hospital setting.\n\nNo grade
 s\, no judgment\, and no certifications are required. This is a safe\, sup
 portive learning environment designed to help you better understand the ro
 les and responsibilities of healthcare team members during a medical emerg
 ency.\n\nParticipants will explore effective communication strategies\, te
 amwork principles\, ethical considerations\, and best practices for interp
 rofessional collaboration while experiencing scenarios led by AHA instruct
 ors who have many years of experience with code scenarios & teach Basic Li
 fe Support skills on a regular basis.  \n\nThis is not for CPR certifica
 tion. Please register for CPR certification courses at the Office of Life
